Joe, who is the owner of West Roofing is a pleasure to work with. He runs an efficient business with exceptional communication and a fast turn around. He provides incredible value compared to his competitors. He takes time to review concerns and explains everything clearly. Joe is honest and forthcoming in his bids- he told us that there would be no surprise fees or extras and he kept to that agreement. He understands the aesthetics of older homes and works with you to restore your roof so it reflects those historic qualities.

West Roofing came exactly when they said. They used laser leveling to repair sags and restore the slope and the rotted sub-roof as well as added a very needed additional drain. The crew worked tirelessly through a heatwave and completed the job on time. They were conscientious, pleasant and always gracious. I'm not sure you could really ask for anything more.

Joe followed up to make sure the job met our expectations and provided us with everything we need to get our LADWP Cool Roof program rebate.

Took care of everything including permits. They were courteous and handled everything quickly. Originally, they were recommended to me to inspect my roof when buying my home. They had a good understanding of what was needed, were very detail oriented and easy to work with. Joe was great and the crew moved quickly and did a very professional job even in mid-summer, which must have been so hot. I appreciate them getting things done quickly and always keeping the project moving.

We were so fortunate to find Joe Elady and West Roofing through Yelp. We read a review from a person who met with 6 firms, and West Roofing was actually his first choice. He decided to go with #2, as West Roofing only had 6 Yelp reviews. He came to regret his decision, which is one reason we called Joe.

He met with us immediately, spent the time with us to thoroughly educate us on the issues, what needed to be done, how he was going to do it, exactly what materials were to be used, what manufacturer and warranty for materials, how long it would take. He reassured us that he would be overseeing every step. We were quoted a very reasonable price, and decided to go with him.

Altogether, we met with 4 other roofing firms. Joe's quote to us was the only one that specified exactly in detail what each and every material was to be used. The other quotes we received were less detail-specific, which we found off-putting. We were very impressed with Joe, his experience, his knowledge, the materials to be used, and we did not feel pressured to place an order immediately, unlike a couple of the other firms.

From start to finish, the re-roof was done exactly as presented, and we are beyond happy with both our new roof, and the choice we made. I cannot more highly recommend this awesome man, his diligent workmen, and the extremely professional job. Absolutely fantastic work. Joe's crew stripped off 4 layers of roof (including original wood shake shingles) and installed new plywood. Joe helped us choose a color and style for the new roof and gutters and was very thorough in explaining everything that would be done during the bidding process. They were not the lowest bid but it was all inclusive meaning we were not on the hook for any surprises that they found. He had enough faith in his knowledge of roofs and what he saw to make a flat bid. They found surprises but took it in stride. The work was done professionally and the crew cleaned up after themselves every day. Finished product looks great. Totally transformative for our home.

Replacing your home roof can be time consuming and stressful. Home owners must make the right choice with color, materials but most important the company to do the job. I had 5 different company bid on the project and had prices all over the place, but at the end I made the decision based on the company reviews and the attentiveness and response to all the questions I had. Joe answered all my question and I had a lot, made it convenient to go over everything in detail. He made professional suggestions that worked out better for us. The crew were always on time and professional, clean after each days work. Art involvement was great with all the additional request during the project. I had some minor adjustment after the project was completed and they were both quick to react to them with no hesitations. My sincere appreciation to Joe, Art and the crew for a job well done. You will not regret using this company for all your roofing needs.

Joe came out to my home for a free estimate and walked me through the current problems he saw throughout my entire roof. He explained each part of how the reroofing process would work from start to finish. The pricing was fair and he was not trying to upsell anything I didn't want or need. The workers all showed up on time and did great work each day! They cleaned up each day and the entire job was done perfectly and exactly how Joe had explained in 2 days. After the job was complete my house and property were left spotless and Joe even came back out to do a final walk through of the entire job answering any questions I had. This company and Joe made this new roof process a breeze. I would 100% recommend this company if you are in the market for a new roof on the west side. There were no after charges or updates throughout the whole process and the work was top notch!

I was absolutely blown away by West Roofing. From start to finish they were professional, quick, communicative and documented everything /step. They care about every little detail and always consulted what was best for me. I feel safe and secure knowing my building is under a quality roof. They did a full roof replacement and did it so quickly! It was quick but, still so well done and carefully. Using only the best materials for 2022. What the best part of this company is how well they treat their team and members. It honestly feels like a big family there to support you. Honestly it is Night and Day from my previous roof. When they were all done they cleaned up everything as if they were never there. I cannot thank West Roofing enough for this. If you are reading this please do not hesitate on using them.

Joe came to my home to inspect the roof and to give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly. He also always responded to my calls and text messages which was helpful. The crew did a great job! They arrived on time and worked hard each day, even in very warm weather. They were also pleasant, courteous, and cleaned up each day. The estimate was more expensive than I had anticipated, but their proposal wasn't the highest. I chose West Roofing because the quote they gave was final and there were no hidden charges, just as Joe promised. Everything he said would be done was also written in the contract, which was reassuring. The only minor issue was a few oil drip spots on the driveway. Finally, I want to say, the new roof looks great!

Joe came out to my place and inspected my roof that I thought was leaking. He had to climb up into my attic, which is no easy feat, and he did a thorough check of the roof. No leaking. But he was able to tell me the issue that caused what I thought was a leak. Super nice, courteous, and obviously honest and not trying to just make a buck. Since it wasn't something from the roof, he didn't charge anything and was really gracious. If we ever have any roofing issues, he is our go to guy! Thanks Joe.

After we had our gutters services, the gutter guy notices cracked tiles and other repairs. It has been over 20 years and we figure it was time to do maintenance and cleaning. I called three different and end up choosing Mr. Joseph from West Roofing. I mention the other two quotes and Mr. Joseph was able to match it. I also like the 5yr warranty which the other places had less than 2 yrs. They were able to put me on schedule within 2 weeks. They spent 2 days removing tiles and cleaning debris, repairing or replacing cracked tiles, and other maintenance. I got before and after pictures and also had a chance to go up to my roof and inspect. I would recommend West Roofing and felt that they were on top of things.

West Roofing recently replaced our 28 year old roof and did an excellent job. The owner, Joe, came out in person every day to make sure things were on track. The office manager was also very helpful. The job was completed on schedule. It turned out that the wood underneath our old roof needed a fair amount of repairing and there were a couple of areas in the eaves with dry rot. Randy's team repaired these areas, charging what I felt was a very reasonable amount. A couple of small issues came up during the project, but Art resolved them promptly and fairly. I was impressed with his professionalism and ethics. Also, he knew about a new type of ember resistant roof vent which he included in his estimate. This would help to protect our home in case of wildfire so to me this was a real plus. I feel very comfortable highly recommending this company.
